Spring Equinox meet up for South West Colour-makers
On Saturday 28th March at Creative Beings in East Devon, UK
11am-4pm, at Creative Beings, Awliscombe, EX14 3PJ
Join us for a day-time gathering of people who are practicing natural colourmaking for visual arts and craft, and who are based in South West England.
It’ll be an informal event, aimed at strengthening our network and fostering mutual support and learning. A space to share ideas, processes, doubts, queries and the joy of working within the landscape and ecology of the South West.
The day will be loosely facilitated by Ione Maria Rojas and Rosemarie Boon, prioritising getting to know each other, sharing knowledge and ideas from our colourmaking practices in the South West, and finding potential overlaps and exchanges.
There'll be a tour of the agroforestry field at Creative Beings, as well as break out groups and a material exchange table for swapping local abundances and materials.
Prices on a sliding scale £8-18, plus option to include lunch.
